Import from a QuizPoint or Gameshow Pro 4 Library
To import an existing QuizPoint Library or a Gameshow Pro 4 library, select Import/From QuizPoint Library under the File menu.
Select the drop-down for the Files of Type to select which library you would like to import:
GSP4 Library is a Gameshow Pro 4 (.GSPLF) library.
GSP4 Play-Only Library is a Gameshow Pro 4 PLAYER (.GSRLF) library.
In either case, ALL the questions imported will be appended to the current QuizPoint Question Library.
Import from Gameshow Pro 3 Gamefile
To import your old Gameshow Pro 3 games, select Import/Gameshow Pro 3 Game File under the File menu:
Note: Any Gameshow Pro 3-Game 1 game file may be imported into QuizPoint. However, only short answer-style questions will upload to the server. You will need to edit your short answer-style questions to multiple choice prior to uploading.
Import from a Tab-Return Formatted Text File
To import questions & answers from a Tab-Return Formatted Text File, select that option from the File/Import menu to display the Import wizard:
Each field in the imported file is displayed in columns with headings for various fields used by QuizPoint. Align the imported data column by column by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to each column heading:
then select the QuizPoint field to which the information in this column corresponds. Use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen to ensure that you have aligned each column in the import file. When finished, click Import All:
All the questions, answers, and info messages in the import file will be appended to the QuizPoint Question Library.
Import from ExamView Text Generator
To import questions & answers from an ExamView Test Generator, select that option from the File/Import menu to display the Import wizard:
