Scoring options allow you to dictate the magnitude of the penalty for wrong answers. When a player or team answers a question in a regular Match incorrectly, you may choose to take any number of points from their score or none at all.



The default penalty is the Question Value. To change this setting, click on the drop-down menu for Penalty for Answering Incorrectly:



Choose either the Question Value, None or one of the pre-set values from 50-1000, or highlight the box and type in your own penalty value directly.

To apply your penalty settings to all matches, click on the icon to the right of Scoring:



A message will display asking to confirm that you would like to copy the settings for the current match to all other matches:



Click Yes to copy your penalty settings to all other matches in your game.

Note: The Final Question does not include the option to change the Penalty for Answering Incorrectly since it is a wager-style round.
