Creating a Gameshow Pro 4 game is a simple step-by-step process, facilitated by menus and fill-in-the-blank forms. To create a new game, click on the New Game button in the upper left hand corner of the screen:



OR select New Game from the Game menu:



Gameshow Pro 4 creates a Create New Game window:



Click the desired game icon on the left to begin.

You will then be prompted to enter a name for your game.



Note: If you would like to change the name of your game, you can do so at any point by right-clicking on its name in Tree View on the left. Then select Rename and type in the new name.



After you enter your name, you will be directed to the game's Setup screens. Here, you find all the game's options organized into tabs or folders for:

Rules

·

Matches

·

Teams

·

Events

There are slight differences in Setup Screens from game board to game board. This chapter will use Game 1 (Categories) screens for all its examples of game show setup customization. Chapters devoted to Games 2-5 will highlight any differences from this approach which are unique to those games.
