Movies or video clips may be imported and used as part of a question or as part of an information screen. To select a movie to include in a question, open the Graphic Library using the drop-down menu in the lower right hand corner of the Question Editor screen:

Importing movie files requires that you click on the Files of type drop-down to select Video Files. This will show all available movie files in the directory you're searching in.

Note: Previously imported movie files are listed below the Open Graphic Library item & may be selected directly from this menu.

A list of previously imported movies (if there are any) will be displayed. Select from the list of already imported movies or click the Import New button to select a different file. Use the Select Picture/Video File dialog box to navigate to the movie you wish to import. Click OK to import the movie.

Valid file types for movies are QuickTime (.avi and .mov) movies in Windows. On a Macintosh, you may import QuickTime and MPEG files.

Note:
If you want to incorporate a movie file that is not in one of these file formats, you will need to convert the file to one of the supported types by using an external program.

When you are satisfied with your selection of a picture file to include in your game, click OK to return to the Question Input Screen. Your movie will be displayed within the question layout you selected. To cause the movie to be heard as soon as a question (or info screen) is displayed during the game, check the box next to Immediately Play Sound. To have access to a sound play button in the game (allowing you to play the sound whenever you want), check the box next to Include Sound Play Button:
