The Question Build timer dictates how fast the question will be displayed. If Slow, Medium or Fast is selected, the question will appear to be "typed" on the screen. If a player were to ring in during this time, the question will stop being "typed" and would have to answer the incomplete question to the best of their ability. This is useful for those players who tend to "ring-in now, and think later". If Immediate is selected, the question will appear in its entirety all at once.
The default setting for Question Build is Immediate.
