There are four recommended ways to save your libraries for transportation reasons:
1. Thumb Drive
2. Shared folder on a network
3. Zip & E-mail
4. Burn to a CD
I. Saving libraries to a thumb drive or a shared folder on your network:
1. Note where you have saved your library prior to closing Gameshow Pro 4. (To view the path name where your library is saved, click File/Open Recent. The path name to each library opened will be shown here. If not, the default directory for saving GSP4 libraries is to your My Documents folder.
2. Close Gameshow Pro 4.
3. Next, navigate to the directory where you saved your library and right-click to copy the entire library folder to a thumbdrive or a shared folder.
II. Zipping & E-mailing GSP4 Libraries:
1. After saving your library, close Gameshow Pro 4.
2. Next, navigate to the directory where you saved your library. (The default directory for saving GSP4 libraries is to your My Documents folder).
3. Right-click on your library and select: "WinZip/Add to My Library.GSPLF.zip". (My Library is your library filename)
4. Finally, attach the zipped library folder in an e-mail and send to the recipient.

II. Burn GSP4 Libraries to a CD:
1. After saving your library, close Gameshow Pro 4.
2. Next, navigate to the directory where you saved your library. (The default directory for saving GSP4 libraries is to your My Documents folder).
3. Using a 3rd party CD burning software program, burn your entire library folder to your CDR or CDWR.
