Timers

Timers serve as a means of controlling the flow of the game for the Instructor. There are 6 types of Timers you can set:

Match Timer
Sets the amount of time allocated to playing the current match in minutes. The default setting is Unlimited.
Question Build
Selects the manner in which the question will display on screen, from Immediate, to Slow, Fast or Medium build. The default setting is Immediate.
Read Timer
Sets the amount of time, in seconds, allocated to reading game questions. During this time, teams may NOT ring in. The default setting is Manual, meaning that teams can ring-in as soon as the instructor displays the question.
Answer Timer
Sets the amount of time, in seconds, that a team has to answer a question after they ring-in. The default setting is 10 seconds.
Ring-In Timer
Sets the amount of time, in seconds, in which a team can ring in after the read timer has expired. The default setting is 15 seconds.
Time Outs Per Team
Sets the number of Time Outs a team can have during a round. The default setting is Unlimited for 60 seconds.

To apply your Timers settings to all matches, click on the icon beside Timers:

A message will display asking to confirm that you would like to copy the settings for the current match to all other matches:

Click Yes to copy your Timers settings to all other matches.
