Installing & Registering AllPlay 2
Previous  Top  Next

The only difference between Demo and Full versions of AllPlay 2 is a registration code. If you are evaluating AllPlay 2 prior to purchase, you will install the program as a customer would.

The following restrictions apply until the program is registered:

·Displaying questions in Random order is disabled.
·Displaying questions in a Range is disabled.
·There are restricted, demonstration questions in the Opening Round, which cannot be edited or deleted.
·Printing is disabled.
·Import and Export Questions are disabled.
·The option to Jump to Final Round is disabled.

Until the program is registered, only two teams can play a game. However, to facilitate AllPlay 2 evaluations without wireless keypads, the Demo version of AllPlay 2 allows you to play games using keyboard inputs in place of wireless keypad input. Keyboard keys 1-5 correspond to Team 1 answer options A, B, C, D, and E, while Team 2 uses keys A, B, C, D, and E for responses to each question.

When you purchase and register your copy of AllPlay 2, these restrictions are removed.

The AllPlay 2 program is installed to the Instructor's computer, on a local drive. The same program is used to create games and quizzes, to "play" them, AND to review a game's results. Its installation is straightforward and easy.
