If you click the New Button, the Question Input Screen will append a new question to your list and make it available for editing. If you click the Delete Button (the trash can icon), then you will be prompted to confirm the deletion of the current question:
If you click Yes, the current question will be deleted. If you click No, the current question will not be deleted, and you will return to the Question Input Screen.
