Question Buttons

You can perform common question functions using the Question Buttons at the top of the Question Overview Screen:



Using these Question Buttons, you can:

·	Enter a new question by clicking the New Q&A button.

·	Move one or more questions to a new location by clicking the Move button.

·	Copy one or more questions by clicking the Copy button.

·	Delete one or more questions by clicking the Delete button.

Note: You may select individual questions, consecutive questions, or non-contiguous questions for Move, Copy, and Delete operations.

To select non-contiguous questions, hold down the CONTROL key while you single click on each of the questions you wish to select.

To select a consecutive block of questions, hold down the SHIFT key while you single click on the first and last question you wish to select. For example, while holding the SHIFT key, click on the first question and the third question. All of the boxes from 1-3 will be selected.

To Move, Copy, or Delete questions:

1.	Highlight the question(s).

2.	Click on the desired Question Button.
