Question Overview Screen

The Question Overview Screen is the screen that you see when you click on the Questions tab on AllPlay 2's main setup screen:



If you have selected an Opening Round, a Final Round, and a Survey Round, then you will see tabs for each of these above a list of questions. Click the tab corresponding to the round whose questions you wish to enter, edit, or review.

From the Question Overview Screen you can:

·	Create a new question

·	Navigate through questions

·	See at a glance what types of media are associated with each question and/or which questions include informational messages

·	Double-click on a "question square" to view and/or edit the question

·	Set point values for individual questions or groups of questions

·	Cut, copy, paste, delete, or import selected questions

When you create a new game, the Question Overview Screen will be blank. Once you have begun entering questions, or if you open an existing game, the Question Overview Screen will present a snapshot of your questions by showing the first few lines of each question.

As you enter questions, AllPlay 2 numbers them sequentially within each round, displaying each question's number to the left of the question. In addition, if you incorporate pictures, sounds, info screens and/or video clips, the Question Overview Screen displays icons under the question number to communicate this information to the Instructor:

Icon	If Highlighted
P	Indicates that a question has a picture defined
V	Indicates that a question has a video clip defined
S	Indicates that a question has a sound defined
I	Indicates that a question has an info screen defined
