To register the AllPlay program, launch AllPlay, then choose the Register option from the Help menu:
Type or paste your Serial Number into the fields provided.
When you successfully enter the correct Serial Number into the registration dialog box, all demonstration restrictions are removed. To complete the registration process, you must obtain and enter a Validation Key.
Note: A Validation Key must be entered within THREE DAYS of product registration. If you do not obtain a Validation Key within this period of time, the AllPlay program, when executed, will only return you to the Validation Key screen until you obtain & enter a valid code.
Click OK to attempt to obtain a Validation Key. If you have an Internet connection, this process will be seamless and almost instantaneous. If AllPlay is able to communicate successfully with LearningWare's server, then you will receive the following message:
Simply click OK to begin using AllPlay.
If AllPlay is unable to obtain a Validation Key automatically, the following screen appears:
Click Try Again if you would like to have AllPlay try again to connect to LearningWare's server. To obtain a Validation Key via e-mail, web, phone or fax, click Continue. The following screen appears, describing other means for obtaining your Validation Key:
When you have obtained a Validation Key through any of these other means, enter it in the 5 digit fields provided, then click Enter.
If LearningWare's server rejects your request for a Validation Key, the reason given is displayed on-screen:
Contact LearningWare Technical Support for an explanation. If you have exceeded your license limit, you will need to increase your license capacity before proceeding with an AllPlay installation.
