Team Reports

Team Reports options allow you to:

·	View results question-by-question, or

·	View results for all teams

The default option is to View By Question for All Questions:



The correct answer for each question is shown in bold. The percentages next to each answer indicate the percentage of all players who selected that answer.

Note: For games where Allow Multiple Answer Attempts AND Give Answer Feedback were set to Yes, the percentage displayed will depend on whether Calculate Answer Percentage Using has been set to Final Response or All Responses:

In the instance where this option is set to All Responses, the % will be calculated based upon the number of players who selected each answer, divided by the number of players. Because some players may have selected more than one answer, the total of the percentages
for all of the answers may exceed 100%.

In the instance where this option is set to Final Response, the % will be calculated based upon the number of players who selected each
answer as their Final Response, divided by the number of players.

Note that it may be possible for the total of the percentages for all of the answers to be 101%. This is due to the fact that percentages are rounded. For example, 44.5 + 55.5 = 100, but 45.5 is rounded to 45 and 55.5 is rounded to 56, which together total 101. For the same reason, the total may be 99%. For example, 33.3 + 33.3 + 33.3 = 99.9, which rounds up to 100; however, when 33.3 is rounded down to 33, then 33 + 33 + 33 = 99.

It is also possible that the total of the percentages for all of the answers will be less than 100%, in the event that one of the
players does not give any answer.

After each question, the results for each team are displayed. The two numbers to the right of each team name indicate:

·	the number of points won by that team for that question

·	the percentage of possible points that a team won

To review answers to any one question, select the desired question in the Include Questions list:



To review overall results for all teams, click the View By Team button:



For each team, two results are shown:

·	Overall Score, indicating the number of points won in the game and the percentage of possible points won.

·	Overall Percentage, indicating the percentage of players whose Final Response was correct.

There are four buttons at the bottom of the screen whose actions are described below:

Button	Action
Copy to Clipboard	Copies the current results view to your computer Clipboard.
Export to File	Exports the current results view.
Print	Prints the current results view.
Close	Closes the AllPlay 2 Results Viewer.

Note: Survey Questions have no correct answer. Consequently, Survey Question results never display an answer in bold text.
